Question: I Have Purchased My Authorization Key , Now What do I do?
Answer: You will have been sent a UserID And Unlock Code. simply start Easy WebTV
then Click The Unlock Button (Bottom Left on the Main Easy WebTV Application)
Enter Your UserID And Then Your Unlock Code And Click The Accept Button
Question: WebVideo slight/Jumping while Playing
Answer: This Can Be Caused The Server you are Connected To is  very busy Or your internet
Connection is having Trouble Keeping up with the selected Video. You can try pausing the Video for
afew seconds Then press Play again. Just right click on the Video Screen and select Pause/Play.
Question: I Have Lost My UserID \ Unlock Code
Answer: No Problem just email us at support@easywebtvandradio.com with your details and a
replacement key will be emailed to you straight away.
Question: I Have Purchased My UserID using Paypal but my key has not arrived yet
Answer: Usually UserID \ Unlock Codes are emailed within 2hrs of receipt of payment, However
sometimes it can take a bit longer , Please Allow 24Hrs for your UserID to arrive.
Do not worry your UserID will arrive.

Question: How Do I Add New/Updated Channel Lists
Answer: This is Very Simple Process, Since the Release of v2.5.0 All Channel Lists And Additonal
Content are Installed and Updated Automaticly At the Users Request (If Content is Available)
Question: Are There Any Extra WebVideo Lists
Answer: Yes There is An Adult WebVideo List Avaliable for Full Version Users. As we do not want to
offend anyone this list is not included in the normal download of Easy Web TV And Radio.
The User Must Enabled 18+ Content and Confirm Age , After Which Easy WebTV Will Allow Adult
Content Via Live Update. (Once Installed These Lists Appear in the Additional Drop Down Box)
Question: Unable to Connect to Stations Codec Missing
Answer: This Could be because your computer is missing The Microsoft Media Player Codecs

Question: Im Unable to Connect to Any Stations?
Answer: This is usually because the users Firewall is Blocking Easy WebTV and Radio from Connecting.
If you are using Microsoft Windows XP With Service Pack 2 you can access your firewall settings by
Selecting
START>Control Panel> Windows Firewall  ,For Test Purposes you could disable your firewall for afew
minutes
For testing (Remember to enable it again after). If you are using a 3rd party firewall  ,Please check your
settings.
Question: I Have Purchased My Unlock Code using Paypal but my key has not arrived yet
Answer: Some users with Hotmail email addresses have reported there UserID details email was placed
directly into there Junk Mail Folder instead of there INBOX, Please Check Junk Mail Folder.
