| Answer: This Is/Can Be Because The Server you are watching the Video from is very busy Or your internet Connection is having Trouble Keeping up with the selected Video. You can try pausing the Video for afew seconds Then press Play again. Just right click on the Video Screen and select Pause/Play |

| Answer: This is usually because the users Firewall is Blocking Total Online TV and Radio from Connecting. If you are using Microsoft Windows XP With Service Pack 2 you can access your firewall settings by Selecting START>Control Panel> Windows Firewall ,For Test Purposes you could disable your firewall for afew minutes For testing (Remember to enable it again after). If you are using a 3rd party firewall ,Please check your settings |
